In response to recommendations of the 9th and the 11th Reports of the Central Environment Council "the Future Policy for Motor Vehicle Emissions Reduction" in 2008 and 2012, emissions regulations for non-road special motor vehicles powered by diesel engines ("diesel off-road vehicles") are to be partially amended.
